If an order is canceled by us, no payment will be captured, or a full refund will be initiated immediately.

Rang Baan proudly operates on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis for international orders, meaning the final price at checkout includes all applicable customs and import taxes. Rang Baan specializes in made-to-measure tailoring. Upon order confirmation and the receipt of your complete measurements, your garment enters a meticulous production phase.

• The standard production and tailoring timeline is approximately 3 working weeks.
• For stitched orders, this timeline begins strictly on the date we receive your verified measurements.
• Minor variations in colour or fabric finishing may occur due to screen calibration and the artisanal nature of hand embellishments.

4. Global Shipping & Consolidation

To offer complimentary global shipping, Rang Baan utilizes an advanced consolidation model. Orders are shipped in volume to our fulfillment hubs in the UK and Germany before being dispatched to your final destination. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather, global logistics delays, or customs inspections are beyond our control. Rang Baan shall not be held liable for transit delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns, Alterations, & Cancellations

Because our garments are tailored exclusively for you, order cancellations are not permitted once the production process has commenced. Returns and refunds are strictly governed by our official Return Policy and are only accepted in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
